ok this was my fault. do not. and i repeat DO NOT chown .AppleDB in de volume root dir to the user. I thought I had made a mistake during the setup. So I changed the owner for the .AppleDB folder (it was root) to the owner of the volume (chown knilluz:knilluz .AppleDB). HOW WRONG I WAS. So changed back to root:root and. Hey everything runs as needed.
